unless there is an adjustment it's impossible. Japan sales will be down although they didn't go up much to begin with, and i don't see any reason why NA or euro sales would go up.

if PS3 continues to sell around 150K a week, it will probably barely make it over 11 million by the end of march, however if it slows it may not

Nope, it will likely get another 150-160k.

I think it will get to 11 million by 31st March, but what does that mean? Sony wanted 11mil for the fiscal year (now revised to 9.5)
They are going to be 2 million+ short of the new target if you talk actual sales (although their target is to retail so more like 0.5-1million short)

 Sony say 10.5m shipped so far (as of Jan), so they cannot be that far away from their target
