Not sure if you're actually asking or asking rhetorically, but yes.  The difference is very noticable.  I have played some PSP games on the PS Vita via PSN, and the difference is big enough that you don't need to be into graphics to tell the difference.

what do you mean switch? i play xbox, wiiu, ps3, vita and PC. i dont need to switch, i am already everywhere.

Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
