Forums - Gaming - SEGA SAMMY Purchases Atlus (Index Corp) For 14 Billion Yen ($140 Million)

There are already SMT phone games here... ^

But seriously having them make phone games when Atlus has a localization team, their ip and Sega's RPG ip's they can work on? Come on Sega.

Nintendo should smack them with some cash

I don't like this one bit. Sega is the worst when it comes to localization. Says goodbye to a beautiful days of Atlus.
And for those who wish it to be bought by nintendo. That's the worst lamest acquistion. It's not god for us gamers. Atlus is one of the great publishers that localize JRPGs and japanese games. Even I a Sony fan doesn't want Sony to acquire them.

Yeah, they could have made Valkyria Chronicles 2 and 3 for Vita a long time ago, a HD remix would do...

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

If they let Atlus do what they want, I have no complaints. Some smartphone games here and there, no complaints at all.

I guess it's just hard to trust Sega.

My SMT X FE is safe. For now. T-T

Atlus faithful shall band together to have Nintendo keep their stock in check

I feel like crying.  Sega is fucking incompetent.

Never had so much fun on Neogaf since the Bayonetta 2 Wii U exclusive thread.

Nintendo and PC gamer

I can't see this working out well for anyone...

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Cool, good pickup for one of my favorite publishers!
