This game will flop.

I hope not, the last one was good but the loading times were brutal. I think it will sell around 6 million units.

That a bit low I'm guessing 8-10 million lifetime.  Also with the optinal install the load times weren't to bad but could have been better since it takes up over 8GB of HDD space.

I am a huge GT fan but they can go suck a noodle if they think for one second that it is appropriate to release a game that is not complete. What about people without internet connections?

This is beyond pathetic. If the game is not ready delay the launch, then let Sony grill them for being incompetent. They defiantly need a new project manager who can keep to deadlines. They bring out good games but their development cycle is way too unprofessional

Not that I condone shipping unfinished games, but if you don't have an internet connection you might as well wait for the definitive version in 2014 with all the year 1 DLC included.

Anyway if they did not ship unfinished games we would still be waiting for GT5, I don't think Yamauchi will ever be finished with it.
At least we get to start with a fresh install, I can't imagine what horrors lurk in my GT5 install folder, it will probably take an hour or more to delete.

GT5 wasn't shipped complete either even though I bought the XL version I still had to download updates.

Agreed...but the audio enchancements is not what's getting be pissed...lack of proper damage and the similarity to GT5 (An awsome game which I played way too much) annoys me to no end.
