I didnt know you could tie a DLC content to your account like that. That is pretty interesting!

How do you check if you have the DLC though XD?

When you search of it again in the steam store and go to its page. It says you already own it.

Yea but can't play it until you get the base game. It is probably a small mission or a decent sized dlc.

Well, many of us read that as GTA V and not GAT V... Very clever marketing. I have a feeling some people have/are downloading it actually believing it to be GTA V but instead received free dlc and extra incentive to buy the game now or later.
