What does this mean? It is now at 18% but a friend of mine was experimenting with digital purchases and he got GTA5 downloading without paying anything. He also didn't buy anything from PS Store ever. So I also tried it and it is downloading. It says the purchase is completed without paying anything. 

EDIT: got a mail from Sony. Download will be cancelled if I don't have enough money before launch. Got too excited.

I tried adding it to my cart and it said it would charge my card.

I think Europe charges your credit card/psn funds when the game unlocks. So be ready to pay tonight.

Dunno about GTA 5, but you can get a PS4 free.
