Worked for me. Some really nice walpapers, ringtones, alerts, a few preview manga and two digital booster packs for the TCG.

I don't think that Frogadier looks like a Dark type. The design, to me, looks more aerodynamic than anything else. Combined with the cloud-like parts, and my instinct is that we're going to get something inspired by the same thing as Zephos and Cyclos from Zelda: Wind Waker for the fully-evolved form... but with a little more of a sense of speed rather than the bulk of Zephos and Cyclos.

I don't see why it would need to be Knight, Wizard, and Thief (besides which, they naturally go with the Fighting/Psychic/Dark triangle). The pairings I suggested carry more of a feel of the classic strategy game trio of ranged, close-combat, and aerial units (although the typings aren't perfect, and don't form a type triangle).

First of all, Swampert was Water/Ground (4x weak to Grass), so it's not unprecedented.

I chose Grass/Steel because of the prominent claws and the natural bulk of the design of Quilladin, along with the name referencing the "quills", which evoke the idea of steel in my mind. I chose the secondary typings on the basis of the designs, as I said - Braixen looks like it's getting daintier and ethereal, hence Fairy (besides, what better way to introduce the typing than to have it on one of the starter trio), and Frogadier looks like an aerodynamic frog with clouds, hence Flying.
