Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo prevails in patent case brought against it by Creative Kingdoms

Patent about what? Motion controls?

"Hardware design isn’t about making the most powerful thing you can.
Today most hardware design is left to other companies, but when you make hardware without taking into account the needs of the eventual software developers, you end up with bloated hardware full of pointless excess. From the outset one must consider design from both a hardware and software perspective."

LOL Magic wand.....that must of been hilarious to hear being argued over in court xD.

But this comment..

As part of efforts to ban imports, Creative Kingdoms sought users to refer Sony's PlayStation or Microsoft's Kinect as replacements for the Wii, stating that kids using Kinect burn more calories compared to those using the Wii.

^ WTF XD

Considering mass*distance, Kinect does burn more calories.
