Is The Last Guardian as important to sony and the PS4 as gamers hype it out to be?

Not even close the first games were loved by the critics but flopped sales wise.

It is important to me tho, id love to play it when its finished.

The Last Guardian has been in development a little shorter than Final Fantasy XV. FFXV has looks better than it did when it was set up for the current gen.

in 2009 that game blew me away and it would have been one of the most impressive last gen releases.

in 2014 it may still be a good game but standards have changed and it will be viewed as average.



..still hope it releases but it's hard to be hyped right now. a fresh new shiny trailer could change that though.

Well if the game can even turn a profit how long it's been in development. That might be one of the reasons the game has yet to release. I think the game is over hyped anyway at least for the core audience it is, I doubt any mainstream gamers have even heard of this game.

exactly. this game isnt as big as people think it is. its just hyped on forums between a few people. not many people care about this game and not a lot of people will if it releases.
