When you remove the non-exclusives, the list gets short. Still, PSV has some games, comparable to PSP at launch, just not many quality gems there. Bolded are the only real console pushers which I see.
Main thing is, comparing PSV with 3DS, it's just a different demograph. 3DS will never have a proper Grand Theft Auto, nor a FPS like Call of Duty or Killzone. You're not going to see watered down PS3 ports on the 3DS.
What the 3DS will offer is a lot more Japanese content, especially the heavy hitters like Pokemon, Monster Hunter, and most SMT/Atlus/Square Enix titles. You're also going to get Mario (lets not start calling 3DS a childs system now though), Zelda, Metroid, and a bunch of other high quality games designed to be played on a handheld from the ground up (like Prof Layton and Ace Attorney).
What I don't see on the PSV, and what bugs me about it is the lack of purpose built handheld games. Killzone, LBP, and Assassin's Creed are nice, but they are watered down console games. They aren't purpose designed handheld games like Pokemon and Fire Emblem are. Most will ignore this, especially because most people just play at home, but I play when I'm outside, and I need a game which I can play for 10-15 minutes, get somewhere, save and put down. I can't do half a mission or have a large sandbox game for that.

It's not specifically against the rules to call you a shit head, but I'd be banned for being a douche. It's just all about being nice.

I just read this post, and I wanted to comment. I used to be very active on this forum, and I've had about a dozen people banned on this website while they were arguing with me, while I myself have managed to stick around.
The main rule is be respectful. Don't call someone names, don't even accuse them of being something (I was banned once for telling someone he was acting like a d**k, but he later got banned and then self perma-banned himself because he was so angry LOL).
However always hold your ground in an arguement. People have different opinions, no ones opinion is wrong, no matter how much someone tries to convince you. It's alright to say that you don't like this game for this reason, or that you think this game looks better then this game graphically, or whatever. e.g. for this thread, you can claim Persona 4 Golden is a port of a spin off, and say SMT 4 is better, you can argue it all you like, but you can't call someone a fanboy or a poopiehead because they feel Persona 4 is a better game then SMT 4 (It does have higher reviers).
Everyone has a unique taste in games, the difference in demographs between PSV and 3DS fans is a huge example. The exclusives are just completly different.
