Yes it is. Persona 4 Golden is better than the original Persona 4 in every possible way and the original is better than SMT IV  already so of course it's enhanced remaster is better. Being exclusive means jack shit when it comes to whether or not a game is good.

Don't have a 3DS so don't care for this comparison. But how is Killzone:Mercenary a COD clone? It plays nothing like it.

Hmmm... I've always wanted to try a Tales game and I need a game to make me want to play my 3DS again. Is the game really that good? It doesn't need to be P4G level good since imo thats impossible but is it a good start to the Tales games?

I would say so.  The game is pretty good with the only problem being a slight lagginess when in the overworld map, but generally the 3DS version is better than the PS2 one because it has much better loading times.  However, besides having optimized loading times, the PS2 and 3DS versions are essentially identical.  Though, as OP loves to make the point of, ports aren't bad.  I would recommend it.

Alright I'll take your word on it! Besides I love when a console game is ported to a portable since I prefer portable gaming over playing on a console.
