Forums - Microsoft - Nfl on xbox one commerical

I think the snap feature is cool but I just can't see it working. I have it on my laptop and I guess it's cool to show off to your friends but I never see myself using it. I just don't understand how you're supposed to concentrate on two different things at the same time.

I think they understand that 20 plus million people are going to be watching the game tonight while this ad runs on TV.

I think this demonstrates my point, which you clearly didn't get.

Then add the fact that no games were shown...and you see the overlap diminish.

fact is the whole blue group is adressed and could be converted into red this fig is not telling the whole story at all

Ding ding ding!

It kind of sucks that you have to use the official NFL website FF for the fantasy integration to work, but that is a no=brainer and was expected. At least they will still have slots where you can track players.

Can't wait for the Skype stuff. It is going to be epic watching the games and every time I see Romo throw a clutch interception, I am going to Skype with my brother and talk shit to him. Once again the Xbox is going to be the king of socializing.

Awesome commercial. Will convert some big NFL fans into the Xbone camp, especially the FF stuff.

Great marketing. This is just highlighting some of the cool new features X1 has to offer. I wouldn't worry about this one commercial not focusing on games. This is just one commercial of dozens that will be released before launch. Anyone that knows Xbox knows that games are a given.

Addressed, yes.

Converted, absolutely not. No NFL fan who isn't also a gamer is going to drop $500 on this thing. I can't believe you're even suggest it. That's quite the delusive thought process.

This is a dedicated gaming machine with some added features; to even suggest that it targets everyone is asinine. I have nothing more to say on the matter. If you don't want to be realistic, that's your prerogative.

Microsoft simply does not understand the desires of the market.

I thinkt he irony here is that YOU are claiming THEY don't understand 'the market'. They understand the market they are going for, but you probably don't see what that is. They aren't playing this add on vgchartz.com, they're going to play it during football games. And guess what? I'm a huge NFL fan, and this excites me greatly.

lol Gaming machines and TV Top boxes are "One" now.  We are all sorry that you arent comprehending that.  But even then it's not like NFL (Madden) is already a popular game or anything.  Even if they can convert Sony Madden fans to Xbox One then they have accomplished something.

And, seeing as you're on a video game forum, you're in the target audience I identified in my picture. Namely, the overlapping group between gamers and NFL fans.

Did you miss the image or what? (Extreme irony)
