I just don't understand how it's that big of an expansion that it becomes a standalone box on consoles, and yet it doesn't have a new campaign.

XCOM was amazing, such a great game, but I want a new campaign. I feel like I am familiar with too much stuff that I will tend to do the right choices if I replay the campaign. I need a new campaign for the surprises and excitement when you make mistakes.
