Probably either Mario or DKC. My money's on Mario. It's made by the team that did  Galaxy 1 and 2, plus 3D Land. Look up their metacritic scores.

Zelda will get toned down ratings 'cos it's a remaster. Sonic imo isn't even an option.

Wind waker is among my best games of all time, but i think Donkey Kong could be a dark horse. Graphically it looks stunning, and looks to have some great gameplay mechanics.

Zelda WW. It's a HD Gamecube game.

Super Mario Galaxy director, Koizumi, is not heavily involved with Super Mario 3D World. SMG2 director, Hayashida, is directing 3D World. I have great faith that it will have the highest metacritic score since it's a new game from the acclaimed director.

Wind Waker HD will be penalized for being a remake, so it will not have the same metacritic score as the original even if its better(which it most likely is).

There where mixed feeling about the original donkey Kong Country Returns, and the same will hold true for its sequel. No doubt it will still be a great game, but it wont touch SM3DW on metacritic.

Sonic Lost World will no doubt be a great game. But Sega never manages perfection. There's always something holding their games back from being truly stellar, from a historical perspective.

So, with my amazingly good educated guess, i'll say this about how they'll fair on metacritic:

1. Super Mario 3D World. It will be GOTY contender alongside The Last of Us.

2. Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. It will be by far the best 2D platformer this year.

3. LoZ: Wind Waker HD. The fact it is a remake means it will not score as high as the original. Even if its better.

4. Sonic Lost World. This will be a great game, but it will have faults preventing it from being 10/10 material.

Thats my prediction.

Super Mario 3D World: 92
WW HD: 97
DKC Tropical Freeze: 89 or 90
Sonic Lost World: 85

So I guess WW HD will be the highest rated. The original has a 96 and this one already looks much better than it.

Wind Waker HD -- 93 --- A beloved masterpiece that will probably lose a few points for being an enhanced remake.

Super Mario 3D World -- 92 -- Like Incubi, I think this game will be great. An evolution of the 3DS game, which was a critical darling.

Tropical Freeze -- 88 -- The mechanics, art direction, and sound will wow critics.

Sonic Lost World -- 78 -- Looks interesting but not quite as polished as the other three.

Out of those four, I'll go with Tropical Freeze. I don't have a lot of faith in Mario being able to innovate enough to garner much higher than a mid 80, Wind Waker HD is a remake and will get penalized for that, and Sonic Lost World is...well...it's Sonic, and the highest rated Sonic game in recent memory was a high 70. Tropical Freeze may not be much of an innovation in and of itself, but it'll still be a really well done platformer, and I can picture it getting a high 80 and competing with Pikmin 3 for the highest rated Wii U exclusive.

I haven't looked but I'm guessing it's GTA: Chinatown wars.  At any rate, sales and scores SHOULDN'T be the same thing.  Obviously something like Wonderful 101 isn't going to have the broad appeal of something like Mario.  Ratings should help sales, but they shoulnd't be the same thing or we'd have an industry that simply panders to critics.

As for the games...

Mario 3D World- 88% (People who play this mainly with multiplayer will rate it very highly.  People who don't will score it lowly.

DK Tropical Freeze- 84% (Along the lines of the first, but possibly a little lower because it's hard to have the same buzz as the revival did.)

Sonic Lost World-83% (So far what we've seen has been great, but Sonic has usually mixed great ideas with some not so great ones.  We'll see if there is something holding this game back.)

Legend of Zelda Wind Waker 93% (Along the same lines of OOT remake)

SM3DW has a good chance of reaching a high rating, probably over 90. DKC TF should be pretty close to Mario, though if the visuals don't improve, then I wouldn't place it with Mario. Wind Waker could make it as the highest, but I don't know if reviewers would consider the game to be rated the same as the original. Sure it's in 1080p with lighting and stuff, but the geometry is almost exactly the same. I expect lower ratings than the original due to the fact that it wasn't a complete remastering of the original. Sonic? Lol no. The Sonic team could never make a console Sonic game to be rated in the 90s, which the other 3 have a good chance of making. So no, Sonic is not an option, kind of laughable to even consider it.
