Its just that its Sony's turn to do the throwing and people dont like it.

I actually would love a PSN "Crash 4" on PS4. No one else noticed games after he went multi platform so no reason to pay them any mind. |
Crash was a damn good game. Top of it's class for the time.
The console war used to be so brutal. I miss it.
Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

I agree, Crash 3 was an particularly amazing game and it saddened me to see the Bandicoot mis handled after leaving Naughty Dog's hands.
He could have been the third great platform mascot (Mario and Sonic). Right now for Sony can argue between Ratchet and Clank versus Sackboy.

Damn, Basil!
Lol i still dont see how it was possible to think that way back then. I never even knew that people were biased towards these systems until i got on youtube in 2006. Hell, i never even realised that Nintendo and Sony were in competition with each other until youtube lol

It was even more brutal back in the Sega and Nintendo days.
Compared to then, today the companies are all holding hands.

Ratchet and Sackboy have nothing on PS1 era Crash Bandicoot.

True, but Sackboy has been the best of this gen. So fresh.

I don't really know the whole story as why Sony no longer has crash, but it there was a platformer to dethrone Mario, Crash would have been it. I enjoyed the first 3 games than any Mario after SNES. |
Well Crash was never officially "owned" by Sony. They sculpted Crash into what he was and then when the PS2 came around, they decided to let go of Crash
I now understand why they did it. Why keep putting ideas and resources into a franchise that's NOT yours? So they let go of Crash and and focused more on their own properties
