Do you trust MS's software strategy? (i.e exclusives)

I was saying the same thing a bit earlier. They started of the gen so well, but then it all kind of fell apart.

It might be in part due to Sony haveing a more talented 1st party studio line up, and the decline in 3rd party exclusives. The one year lead for the 360 likely made it cheaper for them to buy up exclusive game deals, since the loss in profits from skipping over the PS3 were smaller due to it's smaller install base. It ended up being all about the 1st party games as the difference in their install bases decreased, which is the one area MS (currently) aren't able to compete on, seeing as it's an area Sony have shone bright in for the last three generations.

If MS can beef up their first party with developers on Naughty Dog's level, this will be a moot issue. Until then, it's certainly worrying.

Around the Network

Microsoft lost me with software years ago. It has nothing to do with the Xbox One. But Xbox has been Halo, Gears, Forza, and then DLC deals lather rinse repeat for some years now.

Don't get me wrong, If you really like those games and COD then it's for you. But I'd take Exclusive first party games over early DLC any day

You kind of lose me here "MS stole a lot of games from Sony..."

First off, how do you steal a game, unless you are taking the code? Plus it was that company that 'declared' war on the other to get games off of their OS. Their business partner, by the way and they still sell computers with that OS.

But anyway, go with the console that plays best the games you want to play. And I hope you don't regret your decision.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
