Forums - Microsoft - Xbox One shipping volumes haven't been lowered, confirms Microsoft

I never believed those rumors because they were started by fanboys.

So another one wrong for CBOAT

do you actually think MS would go out and say we are having trouble with shipments and manufacturing? that would be a PR suicide, specially after how everybody is afraid of another RRoD. if they utter the words "manufacturing problems" the internet will go crazy.

I wouldn't think they would go out of their way to keep saying there isn't any issue if their weren't. Albert Penello has been saying for weeks on GAF that they don't have any issues or set backs. Now he is going to another website to give them the same info.

of course they have to, they need to reassure the people that everything is OKAY! also these rumors have been around for a while, they keep resurfacing so every time they need to say no. the voice command excuse for releasing in 13 countries instead of 21 was proved to be bullshit by supporting just 5 languages. there is something going on and there are rumors, from sources who proved to be right before that say are infact problems and other than MS's PR people saying otherwise there isnt anything to show that there is infact many stock being produced.

now ask me, do i think that there will be another RRoD fiasco? certainly not. but why is it so hard to believe that there is limited supply? most console launches suffer from this, why is it so unbelievable that the xbox one will suffer from it too?

13 country instead of 21 has never been because of language but localization which accounts for local marketplace, localized service and apps....
but lest admit it's BS for 2 sec and if it was really a supply/production issue this still wouldn't make sense.  Saying its localization instead of supply/production is way worst. it means you might wait even longer and stock is not being produced for your ass what so ever. if it's production you know it's comming soon with second or third wave early 2014

So why cover something not that dramatic with something way worst??? I still don't understand the naysayers point they are actually saying they are hidding moderately bad news with even worst news, doesn't make any sense to me...

maybe I missed something along the way, so much crap is posted lately I migh have actually missed a clairvoyant post from some of the CBoats wannabes of that world lol

I don't think localization or manufacturing is greater than the other. Pretty on par with each other. However, I would think it would be important for MS to try to discredit anything CBOAT says. Leaks in a company are dangerous and if people know he is right on this stuff it would hurt their PR, future announcements and other stuff. Anyway, this rumor isn't even CBOAT anymore. Another source now supports those initial leaks and the only thing that supports MS is PR (which you have to be skeptical about to begin with) but not just any PR. Pr that denied a 180 was possible. A PR that denied a delay in certain countries. A PR that denied the online rumors.

We are in a strange position where nothing coming out of Microsoft can be taken as the truth. Most of it probably is the truth, but right now why would we trust their words? Only at launch will we know what's really the supply.

All i know is that every day there is negative news about the Xbone. And everything day, I believe a little more that the Xbone is having yeild/production issues.

We need to get an answer on whether or not it's a number for fiscal or calendar.
