IMO Microsoft is waiting for the numbers to be released, it the game sell a couple of million and helps to move consoles, Microsoft will pay for an exclusivity deals, like they did with gears of war, if it doesn't sell well, in less than one year it will appear on ps4.

Gears of War was published by Microsoft from the start... even the first Mass Effect was publisehed by MS in the Xbox platform.
Titanfall is a EA game, MS will not publish it, it will not hold any rights in the franchise, so i really doubt they have that kind of option on the table...
I think this deal is all they have, and IMO this is a timed exclusive deal.

Don't they know that the game doesn't run without Cloud?
How much does it cost to get a ps4 devkit? This might mean nothing?

The "cloud" is another word for dedicated servers, which have been powering many PS3 multiplayer games like Uncharted 3 for a while now.

Lol no. Umcharted 3 does not have dedicated servers. But you are right that some games on both 360 and PS3 had them. The main difference is that those were provides on a per game basis, funded by the developers which is why almost all the games that used them last gen were first party exclusives.

This gen microsoft is providing them to any game, first, second, third party for extremely cheap or even free (still hasn't been confirmed on pricing yet).

And the cloud is not just dedicated servers. That's only one piece of it. The other pieces include storage and cloud computing for games.

Also this photo/video was debunked by Respawn. It is from 2010 and the openly say they have every console there that they play games on and I'm sure they have dev kits for all of them.

"Titanfall will NEVER come to PS4"

...said no one ever

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

I fully expect this game to eventually come to the PS4 still though.

Wake up everyone this game is exclusive, E-X-C-L-U-S-I-V-E. This is not coming to PS4...

Pretty sure it is coming to PS4, it's EA we're talking about.  99% this comes to PS4, only time it doesn't if it fails to sell.

EA can change... I think we won't see this game on PS4, never.
