On the pc, ps4, and xbox one, it's 64.
I was first to say that I was getting Call Of Duty: Ghosts. All I was hearing was it's the same game and Battlefield 4 graphics blows it out of the water. To be fair, the PC and Xbox One version might very well be true. Now Battlefield isn't all that great and it's boring. Sony fanboys is like, I'm getting Killzone as if Battlefield 4 was never in consideration. Now it's boringfield 3 & 4.

They said they were 'aiming' for it. A rather vaque term, unless it's backed up by 32x32 footage. Unless i missed something, i haven't seen that footage.

Dice confirmed it a while back.

But the Battlefield games have always been optimized for PC. Unlike the Call of Duty series. It's obvious you're going to have to accept a drop of quality. |
Playing on a PC isn't the same as playing with your friends in your livingroom.
Also, the PS4 have been classified as a "top tier computer" a few times, if that is so, I would expect to be able to play a game 60fps and 1080p. I'm not saying I excpect that on 32 player mode or something, but at least on single player there should be, granted there might be, I don't know.

There's a price for everything. If you want to play with your friends in your livingroom you'll have to accept to let go of the higher quality that lonely people get for playing in their uncomfortable office chair.

I agree, the only reason (t least to me) to game on a pc is more power and cheaper games, but since certain games managed 1080p/60fps on PS360, I kinda excected that 1080p/60fps would be the norm on the new consoles. At least in single player.
Thats disappointing. I think it just speaks to the fact that both Microsoft and Sony went the cheaper route this era. They've essentially released a PS2 whilst developers are building their games on Xbox's.
But we should probably stop using games running on Max settings on $1000 PCs as benchmarks of what graphics should look like on the PS4/X1 at launch. If anyone needs a reminder of the progression that within a console cycle...
It'll be a year or 2 before a PC game predates the maximum graphics potential of the PS4/X1.
