Yes, it is not bad, just, kinda crappy when you compare to the main series (Book of Memories).

Downpour was good, but very bad monster designs, almost ridiculous.

For sure, it costs 5 dollars on PSN, you really should play it. I finished around 7 times back in the day, still my favorite PSONE game.
