Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo cares. It's really cute.

http://www.nintendo.com/corp/developer.jsp

I don't know but I enjoyed reading that; mostly the part about accepting game ideas.

It's cute and I like that. No other developer has something like this, as far as I'm aware.

Note: This has nothing to do with actual indie companies. Devs have a whole different site to apply on.

I guess no one else cares though lol

They probably get enough "brilliant" game ideas as it is...

If I were to work there, I wouldn't leave with out a fight in order for me to get a new IP in Nintendo.

Even though Mr. Miyamoto confirmed he's working on a new IP. Nintendo need to hire more members, then finally we'll see a change.

Don’t follow the hype, follow the games

Well...that's something alright.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Who, as a 12-year-old, did not entertain ideas of getting Nintendo to make your brilliant game?

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Why does it feel like a paid advertisement for DigiPen ...

still there are people who are asking for new IPs?

has someone been sitting on your face these last couple of years?

    R.I.P Mr Iwata :'(

From some old online associates of mine, that tends to be their stock response to people indicating interest in work (try an education at DigiPen). Likely some sort of kickback going on there.

Anyway, it is true that for all non-Japanese, your best bet is going to Austin and pestering Retro. Nintendo Software Technology has been a negligible presence since Metroid Prime Hunters.
