Deus Ex Official has uploaded a rather neat gameplay walkthrough from the Wii U version of the upcoming action game Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut. The walkthrough video takes you through the FEMA Camp and all the way to the boss fight with Barrett. In fact, it gives an in-depth look at how the Wii U GamePad will be utilised throughout gameplay, bringing more hacking and stealth-like opportunities for those who prefer to avoid or play with as little combat as possible. The Director’s Cut also showcases the off-TV gameplay on the GamePad, offering the same experience and game immersion as it would be when playing on-screen.

Yeah, I got this months ago for $6 in a bin (still have yet to get around to it...impulse buy) so be surprised if many people fork out $40+ for Wii U version.

Some of it is fluff, like the inventory on the game-pad. That's no better than on the main screen, as is the augmented vision mode or the sniper scope. The map features are nice, though.

Wait, that was a silenced sniper rifle. Bastards, that should have been in the regular game.

All that really matters, however, is that they've done something about those awful, horrible boss fights. Seriously, they were so annoying and totally broke the stealth operative vibe into pieces. I hated them. So much rage.

Hacking with the game-pad looks nifty but it also seems pretty minor.

The main thing are the boss fights. They look massively improved, so it's automatically a much better version just from that.

It cost no money to make. It's just like fallout, dragon age,Ssiv game of the year editions and you could get all the previous versions for like 5 bucks. +a port to wii-u. It must work for publishers to keep doing this.
