Forums - Sony - How big is PSV price cut?

OK - PSV is now 199 USD / EUR.

Witch one? 3G/WIFI?

What was the price before cut? In Poland now I can buy PSV WIFI for about 179 EUR. It was 200 EUR before.

Around the Network

both are $199
they were $249 and $299 before in US

in Australia it dropped from $349.99 to $279.99 which is alright but just a few weeks ago it was on sale for just $200

199 euros is the wifi version, it was 249 but many retailers cut the price themselves to try to boost sales.

In the UK, the Wifi model is £169 (it was £229 at launch!) while 3G model is £184 (it was a whopping £279 at launch!) Amazon will probably cut it further.

Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030

Did they announce how big the memory card price drop will be?

As for the UK price, my brother got his with LittleBigPlanet PS Vita for £150. This price cut isn't going to do much when the retailers have already been cutting prices

The Vita got a price-cut in my country months ago at it still didn't sell well. Plus the memory-cards are still way too expensive

I could be wrong but I assume nationwide official price cuts have a much bigger affect than select retailers unofficial price cuts.

This was GAME, who are fairly significant. Amazon and others have all have significant cuts as well. In the UK, prices vary massively depending on where you look, so most people know to look around

Have any of those retailer cuts been permanent or just a temporary discount for a week or so?
