Pricing is not the problem with the Vita. If people wanted a Vita they would have bought one when the things were on sale like when they were 130€ on Amazon etc.

The thing is people wanted it to have a price cut from like day1 now its like 2 years later and it gets one  but thats the one it should get anyway after being on the market for so long  so its still 1 price cut away from being  well priced.  They should at least bundle it with the stupid memory cards.

I will be getting one this holiday season! Although more high profile announcements would have been also nice...

I'm sorry but that's horrible timing.........Pokemon will completely cannibalize this.

Pokemon launches in October and Monster Hunter 4 is (for now) exclusive to 3DS in Japan. Vita will continue to struggle. But hey, a lower price can only be a positive, right?

Maybe this is Sony's way of not firing till they see the whites of their enemies' eyes...?

Since the Vita got a price drop, I sense this might force Nintendo to release a Nintendo HDS sometime in the future depending on how well the Vita sells. :P
