It sounds like she was offended long before it got to the stage of the voice mail, she could have easily blocked all communication from that player then. AIUI, the xbox mods have access to the whole communication chain, so this may not be the complete picture. As it is she's just fishing for a punitive response and it smacks a bit of revenge.

Yeah Nintendo doesn't allow this rubbish in, and it's community is better for it particularly if you have family gaming

My take on it:
It would be better to close this guy down to save other people the distress, just blocking lets him get away with it
She is doing the job Microsoft should be doing
Her quotes in the article make her sound like a bitch and it sounds like she files complaints all the time. I hope MS looked into what happened before just banning the dude. I have filed complaints for harassment and cheating before and never got a response. Who cares. Guess I should start a blog to get it some attention.

Harsh but I kinda lol'd yeah it does sound a bit like she wanted to see his account banned like she wanted vengence and him to lose something for telling someone they did shit in an online shooter.
