Isn't the Fifa licence dependent on it being on all viable platforms? Don't think they can make the game completely exclusive to anyone. Same reason it's worthless buying EA.

So what are they suppose to do, cancel their gamescom and their plans? Don't be ridiculous, for whatever reason they're not releasing in parts of Europe it's evident it's not because they don't give a crap about those places.

Why do so many of you think that the whole "Europe's biggest franchise" and "unique exclusive" statements are for one and the same game? Most likely they're talking about two completely different titles that will be shown off at their show.
