PS3 and 3DS easily.

I still think Wii U and 3DS is the best combination, right now purely because of access to last generation software (that's 4 generations of games, not counting VC output) but both consoles have nearly no overlap in games and both have or will get a decent amount of truly exclusive games. Since PC is not a console and I assume that in this thread it is allowed to have a PC additionally to the two consoles of choice I have access to pretty much 75% of the PS360 and PSONE content through PC and access to all 3DS, DS, Wii and Wii U exclusive content. |
you got me there
Wii U and 3DS, with my PS3 as back up.
3DS- best portable ever, with a superb library of games.
Wii U- Miiverse is amazing, full backward compatability,Eshop is coming into its own, great future lineup and some very interesting games such as Zombi U, W101, Lego City, Pikmin 3.
right now ps3 and 3ds...
although with remote play finally being realized on ps4 and vita i will say those two without a doubt come next year..
For the right now, yes, PS3+3DS is best. For me that will change to WiiU+3DS once Zelda is out though. Remake or not I don't care, my least favorite 3D entry in the franchise I don't care; I want it.
For all time? N64+PS1.
Out of all of them, definitely PS3 because of it's exclusives and 3DS since most DS games can be played on it. Vita and PC are also worthy.
Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030
