It was good, if a lot silly (most everyone in japan is a ninja!), until the end guy in samurai robot. That whole last part was stupid.
that's basically exactly what you put. It was enjoyable, Summer movies have a tendency to force a stupid battle heavy nonsensical CG scene at the end of every blockbuster. Not near as good as First Class, I definetely liked it more than superman though.
Way better than Man of Steel, like 2 stars better.
It was Kay, didn't he have those claws before they turned adamant? The whole stealing of immortality was bit silly and it was bit predictable. Not the best, certainly not the worst, mediocre at its finest. Think the new x men will be is the better aspect to look forward to

Why did he grow bone claws? Why or how is Professor X back? How did he push through his breat plate when his bones are lined with Adamantium? Did you enjoy it more than the first one? I liked it, until he fought the iron giant at the end. Reminded me of his battle with baddie at the end of the first one. Which I did not like. I never like it when my super heroes fight invincible foes. |
Technically, he originally had bone claws. Hence why he had them during WWII.
His body was infused with Adamantium sometime later (as seen in X-Men 2). The Adamantium was removed from his body.
No. The problem with Wolverine is the fact that we didn't start out with an origin movie. I wished that's how the Wolverine movies started out with X-Men movies intertwined. I did like the bone claws. However, I would have been confused about those if I wasn't aware of some aspects of Wolverine.
The origin aspects of the first Wolverine movie were much better, imho. While the story itself had good continuity, this movie seemed disconnected from the previous one. Yet it tied in with X-Men 3. Which, if I'm being honest was an aspect I liked.
The best part of this movie to me was the ending. I mean after the credit roll. I won't spoil it for anyone but that seriously was for me the best part of the entire movie.

The robot thingy, I believe it was, saps him of his adamantium if I remember. Because, if I remember correctly, he had his adamantium claws when they started fighting, then at some point he no longer did.
The point of the movie and that story line in the comic books is that the adamantium isn't the basis of his powers. His powers were augmented by them, but Wolverine didn't always have the adamantium.
As far as I know they grow back, but they're much more fragile than the adamantium. Not to mention, without the adamantium he doesn't have the reinforced bones.
