Additional D23 Expo details have been revealed for the upcoming PS4 and Xbox One video game, “Kingdom Hearts 3.” According to a report by Siliconera on Aug. 7, Square Enix is planning a presentation involving several developers and Japanese voice actors at the Disney event.

Tetsuya Nomura and Shinji Hashimoto will be in one of the shows at D23 Expo. Tetsuya Nomura is the main director of the “Kingdom Hearts” series and will be co-directing “Kingdom Hearts 3” along with Tai Yasue. He is also working on the upcoming “Final Fantasy XV” video game. Shinji Hashimoto has been the executive producer of the crossover role-playing game franchise. However, Rie Nishi has taken over his position for the third mainline title.

The D23 Expo shows off the latest Disney related products. The event will be held in Japan on Oct. 14.

So its good to hear that we will know more details about the game at this event, also KH3 is gonna be at TGS so we should know a lot more about the game before the year is over.  Are you excted?

Tbh I think all the creative/story components of 15 are done, so I think he is free to work on KH3 while the team finishes FF15.  

Just give me the release date for Final fantasy 15 for god sake.

Its probably gonna come out some time in 2014, I doubt they would have started working on KH3 unless they were close to finishing FF15.  Also the KH team at SE is making FF15 so they must have finished their part in FF15 and are now working on KH3 while the rest of the team finishes and fine tunes the game.  I remember hearing Killzone SF's single player was done some time early this year and they have been spending all the time just fine tuning the game.

Would FFXV be considered a game that was in development hell?

I'd say so, I don't think they could figure out a way to get the game to work on PS3 and they were too proud to admit it, so they wasted so much time trying to make it on PS3 and eventually just pushed it to next gen which was easier to develop for.  If you look at the old gameplay trailers for Versus 13 the gameplay is basically the same, hell that teleport feature is even in there he just doesn't throw his sword to do it, so I don't think they rehauled the game or anything like that.

Oh...then disregard all of that.  I find it kinda werid though that the original KH team isn't making KH3, is it only the Osaka team that is making KH3 or will the oringinal team join in after FF15 is done?

That's cool, but I'm more excited for final fantasy 15. I hope it comes out in 2014. Kh3 prob won't be out for a damn long while.

Wow never heard that before lol, if your a fan of a series I would think you would want as much people to play it as possible.
