A sealed copy of that game is extremely rare. Did you see that thread about the sealed copy of Chrono Trigger that was up to over $1000 on eBay? I don't know what the final selling price ended up at...

It was released only in Japan, and had a small production run. There are probably only a few tens of thousands in existence, and the vast majority of those will never be offered for sale.

This game was already rare on its time, and it's one of the best games on its genre ( if not the best :P ), it doesn't surprise me to see it at that price

If you just want to play it i suggest buying the PS1 version. Saturn one is a collectors item.
