Forums - Nintendo - Bayonetta 2 Devs explain their experience working with Nintendo.

Atsushi Inaba: Due to various circumstances, we've now had a chance to work with Nintendo and it's been really great. You have a certain image of a company, and in the case of Nintendo, we've found it's been really nice to actually work with them and find out what that's like.

I wonder which was their opinion of Nintendo before working with them...

Anyway, given that the game looks very good, knowing that the gameplay will be even better it's just perfect.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

Seems development is going horribly and they are eager to announce Bayo 2 going multiplatform.... oh wait, it's the contrary.

"The concern, first and foremost, is the core of the game and the quality of the gameplay. They really have our back in that sense. And that's actually a little bit unnerving, working with people who are such perfectionists in that sense."

Staggering to me that this is some sort of unique insight in game development. Says a lot about state of the industry and why Nintendo holds such great value. Some may see this a anachronistic, but to me many modern games could benefit from this philosophy.

They should start speaking about their others projects

What even are their other projects? We don't know of anything aside from their two Nintendo-published games, do we?

At the end of this interview, they clearly hint at PS4 projects for third parties. I hope they can unveil those at TGS.

Nothing. I merely express my desire to play a game developed by PG again on a system I have (or will have in the near future), not to mention PG has to show things for Sony/MS players to tell them they aren't being left behind.

Honestly, every bit of info about this game makes me want to buy it even more. I have the utmost respect for P*, all of their games so far seem to have been excellent. With Nintendo's QS at their back Bayo2 has the chance to become their masterpiece.

In other words, stealth saltiness.
