Could be an interesting choice. I wonder who he will draw the most comparisons to of previous doctors.

Lol, the tumblr fangirl meltdown. They can't deal with people over 40.

He's a great actor, I'm looking forward to possibly a more serious, grounded and less romantic Doctor Who.

I'm glad the BBC hate money. Another younger actor is what any business would have chosen.

He is the kind of actor, other actors s dream about working with someday. If you watch Torchwood, he is really, really good.

I am a bit surprised by his age. But meh, the Doctor is well over 900 and running out of regenerations.

Is is an outstanding actor, I look forward to watching him.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

Can someone please tell me what doctor who is?

I think he is an outstanding choice, a great actor with a great range and perhaps this will see the end of the irritating sexual tension they keep trying to foster between the doctor and his assistant.

maybe, hoping more for a style more towards pertwee/baker.

Out of curiosity, how big is Doctor Who outside of the UK? I could never quite figure out how much of an impact the BBC and shows like this and Top Gear, for example, have.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.
