Just think about what Gaikai is doing; rendering PlayStation games. Why would they take these GPU intensive servers and have them number crunch when Sony already has number crunching servers? It's technically possible yet realistically crazy.

If you still don't agree, I'll do my best to search for some links for you to read.

Also FFXV never releases. (my first paragraph is a complete joke btw if you don't get the reference)

Aw c'mon. I'm smarter than that.

Who's to say where the compute power will go at this stage? Or financial investement? If they can work on PS3 games being streamed, then other features could be implemented if desired. The infrastructure could be extended, etc.

If the Xbox succeeds with this feature, as it seems to be its pioneer, you can believe Sony will try to match or outdo Microsoft. They have the potential to at least try... though who knows what's gonna happen.

Stop convincing me of the likely. Just because SE has sucked dick ever since XIII and all its milkoid/forgive us sequels, doesn't mean there isn't a Nomuraic hope out there.

FF XIII had amazing trailers... rewatched them endlessly.. the game ended up as pathetic trash IMO, the most controversial FF yet (fact).

If you thought XIII trailers were amazing then you have no one else to blame but yourself. It was obvious to me really, especially the first trailer, the one that was released alongside Versus'.

Also, we saw gameplay footage of XV, cast of characters , backstories and too many design choices.

 

btw, SE is not a person, it is a company, Nomura is in charge of XV, can you name a single game by Nomura that isn't highly acclaimed?  , no?,  then stop spreading the negative energy around :p

A few posts above you can see I trust Nomura, but SE is indeed a company - a company mostly fucked up. Which could spill over to the actual game.

I know your name is telling (and I read why you chose it), but nevertheless, I don't trust SE to deliver fully. It's not just me, sadly.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days.  I've heard that even the fanbase hates this game.  Personally, I think the series is garbage and it's only loved because it has Final Fantasy characters and Disney characters in the same game.  This is based on only playing and finishing the first one, with good Disney portions in the story, but the gameplay and Squaresoft "power of the keyblade" storyline was pretty garbage.

Oh hell no, dems fighting words.  If you wanted to give an example you should have said Re:coded, 358/2 days is a pretty good game.  I remember for a trailer for Dream Drop Distance they showed off all the charcters in the series and when they got to the part about 358/2 days with Axel, Xion and Roxas the crowd went crazy and you could hear them cheering.  Play KH 2 and you will see how much the gameplay has improved over the 1st game.  People love the KH games because of the great gameplay and story.  There are barels any FF characters in the games and when they are they are in there for only a few minutes, why would they be a reason people love the series...The Disney portions in the story is very minimal when compared to the overall story.

Maybe this was the one.  I knew it was a DS game, but the only game I knew of was 358/2 days.  I don't keep up with the series.
