The Vita needs a redesign and a price cut first before this could happen.

Not gonna happen. Sony would most certainly lose money on that.

As another bundle option, sure i'll definitely grab it. Heck, i'd be $500 if the PS4 had backwards compatibility.

This ridiculous. No way this happens. There will be a $500 PS4, but it will include a camera, not a Vita. A 4+V $500 bundle would be hemorrhaging money that even online multiplayer subscriptions can't get back.

I would definitely get that. It's about time I play Persona 4. I don't think they will though at least not that cheap.
