Why is the NFL doing this to me? Now the Giants have to win in order to make this week somewhat acceptable. But Peterson is probably going to have the 200+ yards day I expected last week and Josh Freeman is going to throw four TD passes. Combined with Eli's five interceptions, the game is going to end 63-3 or something.

Where's your pre-MNF summary you lazy bastard?!

Not that great of a week.

10-4 (NYG): Mendicate Bias.
9-5 (NYG): arcane_chaos, Level1Death, ljigga, NobleTeam360, superchunk.
9-5 (MIN): Blacksaber, NinjaBlade360.
8-6 (MIN): shakarak.

So that's the people who are in contention for a top 5 position. 8-6 + Giants is meaningless, because there are already five people who picked the Giants and have a better record.

Go Giants!

This is such a weird season.

Indianapolis couldn't beat Miami or even San Diego, but they were able to beat Denver.

That same San Diego team that beat Indy couldn't beat Oakland.

Buffalo beats Miami and Baltimore, but losses to lesser teams.

New England is all over the place.

As the saying goes "Any given Sunday".

It's only fair. That will even the odds for the Week 9 showdown, because the Packers won't show up with their best personal either.

What injury did Cutler fake this time? Besides, him not playing might actually be an advantage for the Bears due to his Lambeau Field trauma.

With the fugly defense the Bears are showing. I don't think Culter needs to fake any injury to end the Bears season. lol!

we finally got one....we finally got one....*cries*

He has a groin injury over next 4 weeks. However, my bigger concern is having Briggs out. He's the driver of the whole defense and he's out 6 weeks. Tillman should be back for Greenbay though.

All I know is Cutler is likely on his way out. Time for Bears to focus efforts on a new QB for next year.

One of these days I will look up what the groin actually is...

You said that this is the third year in a row. I know 2011 was bad, but what happened last year? Didn't the Bears just suck in the latter half of the season which is also the reason why Lovie Smith had to go?

Cutler due to concussions at week 10 went out early that game and missed W11 as well.
W12 5 Bears were hurt including Forte, Hester and Tillman and missed parts of game and some missed next.
W13 had others out including the final game Urlacher played as he got season ending injury.
W14 lost Gould during warmup for the damn game and a D without Urlacher was gimped.

At this point it was dead man walking with varous injuries left and right.
