How easy is it to buy guns in America?

Too easy.

I've never met someone or know of anyone that owns a gun.

I thought the saiga was illegal to have! That's pure badass lol. In the future I decided that I'm going to get a .44 magnum revolver or some revolver of greater caliber so if my future family ever gets burglarized then I can punch a big ass whole in the burglars.

Can't deny the fear factor of a big ass revolver.

Now just kick back and wait for the zombie apocalypse then let the good times roll.

well you can "buy" one online. but not really. you can order and pay for one from an online website, but the weapon must be to an FFL dealer (Federal Firearm Licensed Dealer) meaning the have a license from the federal government to sell firearms. Then you pick it up from the gun shop after they perform a FBI background check. the gun store will charge a transfer fee as well usually. then you are good to go.

note this is for most states, some states have more restrictive laws.

this is a semi-auto Saiga. Normal citizens cant own full autos (especially full auto's made after 1986)

Oh I see we cannot have full autos, just imagine the power man!

I'll take a Semi-Auto over full auto anyday. 

for most cases this would be a correct assessment. on rare occasions full auto would be preferable.
