Why are you all liking this???

Same age range, that makes sense. 35 year old playing with 10 year olds is looked down upon.

Same skill, same play style, etc. wtf? I do NOT want to play with my clones. This just sounds like it will suck the fun out. I'll reserve final judgement till I try it myself of course.

Doing stuff during the lobby is also kinda nice but weird. Most games today have important things happen during the lobby. Again maybe it will be great once I try it myself but it sounds like a bad idea.

BUT, this article confirms at least two games can be running simultaneously. Now that I'm chill with.

lol god forbid your matches are more fair and challenging. I mean its fun once in a while to face noobs and totally ruin them, but nothing beats the satisfaction of narrowly beating out someone who you thought was an even match.

I pretty much have to agree with this. Total domination does get boring after a while and it's great to win a close match, losing doesn't hurt as much either IMO because if it's pretty even, then you had a good a game. That said, if I went and played some Black Ops online right now, I'd propably go on a week run of playing it because of how addicting and satisfying the combo of sending out attack dogs and then raining down fire as the gunner in a chopper is after the dogs have been out for a few seconds. I LOVE that.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Around the Network

This does sound great, MS is on a roll. Once this summer is over. Xbox one will be the cool thing to get.

Fair and challenging is great.

Fair and challenging with variety is better. A team should be full of both good and bad players all bringing their own unique skills to the table. Plus did you read the thing about "even your specific gameplay style?" Do you think it's a smart idea for example to take all the FPS players that are medics and have them fight each other? Or in Battlefield group all the guys that love driving vehicles together? I really won't know how they implement this until launch but it just doesn't sound like a fun idea.
