Doing stuff during the lobby is also kinda nice but weird. Most games today have important things happen during the lobby. Again maybe it will be great once I try it myself but it sounds like a bad idea.

lol god forbid your matches are more fair and challenging. I mean its fun once in a while to face noobs and totally ruin them, but nothing beats the satisfaction of narrowly beating out someone who you thought was an even match.

I pretty much have to agree with this. Total domination does get boring after a while and it's great to win a close match, losing doesn't hurt as much either IMO because if it's pretty even, then you had a good a game. That said, if I went and played some Black Ops online right now, I'd propably go on a week run of playing it because of how addicting and satisfying the combo of sending out attack dogs and then raining down fire as the gunner in a chopper is after the dogs have been out for a few seconds. I LOVE that.
