and nothing happened to the judge? wonderful. that bitch just let everything happen and they did nothing to her?

The worst part is that the judge just sat there and watched it all. She should not have a job.

This is my biggest issue with the court system. The judicial system and law enforcement work as the same entity together and yet a judge should be a neutral 3rd party in any case, not automatically on the side of the accuser.

That judge probably won't get any sort of punishment, and that's just sad.

It's hard to make a comment on something like this without going straight into calling out the people involved... so that's just what I'm going to do.

That judge has to be ridiculously pathetic. She's basically sitting there well aware of what's going on, but decides to not do anything. What a lump of crap this whole thing.

Wow, so they arrested her for a fake law. Shouldn't that judge had said something when that happened considering she know's all the laws? That judge should be fired as well.

Summation.

Woman is in court with child.

She is taken to a seperate room where she is searched and touched inapproiately by the officer on breasts and buttocks.

She becomes upset saying he violated her and tells the judge in the court.

The officer who is being accused threatens her on a made up charge "accusing an officer".

Judge does nothing, plays with woman's daughter.

Officer intimidates her to recant statement, she refuses and is arrested and has her child taken away.

She files a complaint to internal affairs.

Investigation finds many reports of this officer doing this.

As of this report officer is fired and is now suing the city for worngful temrination and judge is being investigated for just sitting there while this happened.

Overall: Abuse of power and ignoring a serious charge by judge where those that are supposed to be exmaple and protect our rights openly ignored a gross violation of them.  This oculd have kept going on if internal affairs had not done an investigation.

I almost lost it when the little girl confronted that officer of the court. "Don't take mama!", while the innocent woman was being taken away. Her only crime was being hot. At first, I kinda forgave the judge as she tried to occupy the child so that the child wouldn't be traumatized by what was going on. Then, I realized that EVERYONE knows that giving someone an ultimatum like that is illegal. The judge had to know this. Basically, the guy was saying "If you don't take back what you said, I'm going to arrest you". Shameful.

Some real assholes get to become cops and they make the ones that try to do their jobs look bad.

That's pathetic. I've seen women held for long periods of time waiting for a female officer to do a search. There is no reason besides this guys perverted goals to not do the same here. In fact, you'd think a court such as this family court would have a female on duty for just this sort of search.
