This will be the highest rated game of the generation. BELIEVE!

lol it wont

I know, IGN already did a preview a while back where they said the jumping was too floaty :(

I'll have to judge for myself though.

I disagree, I think Puppeteer and Galaxy 2 have a very clear visual edge over Knack/NSMBU respectfully. They may have lower screen resolution due to weaker hardware, but their effects, lighting, and style are just so much more eye-pleasing.

It's all down to the artstyle. Knack is technically more impressive, even though you may think it looks bland. Still, that doesn't take anything from this game (which looks excellent).

Like I said, Knack has better tech, but better tech doesn't necessarily equate better visuals, as Puppeteer versus Knack demonstrates.

If anyone wants to try the demo, you can download it from the Japan store. You can't really judge it too much because it's an extremely short demo.

Can't wait!! Hope the end product is as fantastic as it looks now!

But that could be said for anything. Even stuff two gens away vs. stuff in the next-gen. Art doesn't progress with generations (well, not as much as tech).

That's my point; art over tech.

Then it's strictly down to preference, but when you say vastly superior, people equate that to tech. Puppeteer is a good ways behind there, but seems you at least agree with that. :P

It's not what I meant though, so they'd be making a false assumption. How something looks is determined not just by the power at its disposal, but how it uses that power.

And yeah, I wouldn't argue PS3 is more powerful than PS4. ;)
