No offense, but I see this as a list of reasons NOT to buy a PSV. It's all enhanced remakes of older PS2/PS3 games, PS3-PSV or 3DS-PSV multiplaftorm games, and lower quality spinoffs of main franchises.
The only worthy games on that list are Uncharted and Gravity Rush (and maybe Killzone if it's there)
Not to be a ass, but Nintendo offers more 1st party exclusive games on the 3DS then this list has in its entirty. How many Nintendo games are there on the 3DS now? 20? 30?
I bought a PSP last year, and I'm enjoying that for now. I might get a Vita at the end of life, I like to own every good game, and if Vita only has 2 or 3 good games, it's still 2 or 3 games I want.
Right now, if I were to buy a Vita, I would buy Uncharted, Disgaea 3 & 4, Gravity Rush, and Altleir Tortori and the sequel. 4 PS3 games, and 2 unique PSV games. For 3DS I already have over a dozen unique 3DS games planned to purchase (I just need an XL in a proper colour).

To each his own i guess. Before I owned a Vita I've never play Uncharted, Persona 4, Metal Gear, Muramasa, Need For Speed, Killzone or many other ports/multiplat games. Honestly if it wasn't for the Vita I would have never played them as I much prefer handhelds to console. I have a PSP, PS3, Wii, DS, and 3DS right now and combined I play them only half as much as my Vita. Why? Because in my pinion the Vita hardware wise is the best console I've ever own and even software wise it holds it's own.
What other platform allows you to go from playing Uncharted to Persona 4 to Muramasa to GTA Vice City Stories to Jak and Daxter to Gravity Rush to Final Fantasy VII to Metal Gear to Guacamelee to Super Stardust Delta to then hoping on Youtube, Facebook, Netflix, or just surfing the web? PS3
While the 3DS has more exlusive games what happens if I don't really care for Mario and Luigi, Zelda, DK, or Pokemon?
Animal Crossing Fire Emblem (best rated original 8th gen game to date) SMT IV Castlevania Final Fantasy I-VI Dragon Quest IV-VII Resident Evil Revelations Monster Hunter Kid Icarus Starfox Metal Gear Prof Layton Pretty much anything good pre 1996 over virtual console Cave Story/Pushmo/Crashmo (better rated then Stardust and Guacamelee)
There all great games but if you don't like them it limits your selection on 3DS by quite a bit.
I was going to make this a troll thread by having just P4G in the OP but when I thought about it while the Vita is lacking in exclusives it still has a shit ton of great games available to it especially when you count the PSP and PS1 games available for it. Good games are good games multiplat/port, or not.
Also this isn't necassarily a reply to just you but to other people as well.

Maybe to each their own, but this is why 3DS is murdering PSV in sales. Most prefer 3DS.
LOL, it's funny that you meantion Persona, FFVII, and GTA Vice City as reasons to own a PSV over a 3DS, but 3DS has more games, arguably better games, in those same respective franchises. As for GTA, you can buy a 3DS and a PSP for the price of a Vita, so that takes away a lot of the reasons for owning a Vita.

PSV is a good console, but not a great system.
Being able to play PS1 games is nice, especially since PS1 was discontinued 10 years ago, and many people haven't had a chance to play some of those great gems. Plus being able to play slightly downgraded PS3 games on the go is also very nice.
However PSV offer very little that's new on it's own. It heavily relies on PS1/PS3 ports to keep it alive, and if you already own a PS1/PS3, and even beat most of these ports. There really is little reason to buy a $250 console to play them all over again.
3DS on the other hand does offer a lot on its own, and with Virtual console + DS backward compatibility, people have access to a lot more great retro games. Plus DS and 3DS saw a lot of SNES and now PS1 era JRPG's being remade. Add in the fact that a 3DS is $80 cheaper, and it's a pretty solid deal.
