No looks fake to me. But I would've rather named it a new Vita Spin-off than UC4.. Anyways there's no doubt we will see a new one on Vita someday.

If you look closely you can see the 4 on the right. That's the only thing that makes me wonder if it's real, since the 4 would generally be made quite obvious if it was fake, as appose to it being a quick shot they couldn't take any better.

I do believe there are Uncharted games in development - both Vita and PS4. This does not strike me as genuine though.

Maybe a PS4 reveal for Gamescon? Maybe a photo-shop job. Kinda hard to tell.

I mean it's definitely a plausible idea, even if it is made up. There's no doubt that after Uncharted 3 being so successful and still being bundled with most PS3's, that Sony and Naughty Dog both want to keep the franchise going.

I just really hope at some point that Naughty Dog finds the time to make a true Jak & Daxter 4. Would be so awesome.
