Being always online means that game will be using the Azure Cloud to help process the game, meaning Ubisoft will have more power to play with in terms of Graphics. So it is actrauly a good thing.

What about the Ps4 version?
Ubisoft what are you doing?? They are making games :P
Anyways I see your point, I strongly dislike games that require online to be played (if you dont have to be) but I think in the case of these games is that they ARE online only becauseThere is no other way to play them.
You people do know that they are doing this to increase their profits by making some of these new "open world multiplayer" titles pretty much MMOs in their design?...

Pretty sure its still an online experience. Notice they hop into his game automatically as do others.
These two games are designed 100% as online multiplayer games where you can also initiate THAT game alone with bots. But its still open online for others to join.
As I've said before, just because Sony and Microsoft try to come out smelling like roses by not hard-implementing system-wide DRM or mandatory online, that doesn't mean that they won't allow third parties to make those things happen in their own games. It was the big third party pubs pushing for that shit in the first place. So there's no reason to act surprised about this.

There's no reason to act surprised? After seeing the backlash that Microsoft got it should have scared third party developers straight. I garuntee this will cut the sales of The Crew and The Division. Especially considering how much these games cost to make now Ubisoft is taking a big gamble and I hope it doesn't pay off or other third party studios will start to follow suit, thinking that's where the money is.

There is a reason... The Crew is a MMO.
Guys I tell you something shocking...
Both game are MMOs lol... online is part of the game... I mean every MMO uses The Powar of The Cloud since the first on PC.
