This is probably the culprit...

Keep in mind mate that if you are downloading Titanfall on your X1 at the same time you run speedtest thing your net is obviously going to be comprimised pretty badly by the download. Definately with this kinda ping I would think your line is being abused with Titany goodness, best check it while not doing any downloads before deciding you want to switch isp's over speed.
