Yeah.... No. That would be pretty terrible. Phil has been pretty awesome since jumping ship. A few slip ups here and there though.

I just ordered the titanfall bundle, that and project spark are the games I'm gunna play. If it was backwards compatible I would already own it, but I've been playing mass effect 3 n I'm gunna finish it again on sunday

Turtle Beach has the XP400 listed as compatible with Xbox One on their website, but you have to use the Kinect for game chat apparently. You don't need the adaptor at all apparently, it looks to me like the Xbox One headset adaptor is only for headsets with wired chat, while the XP400 has wireless bluetooth chat. I seem to recall Marc Whitten mentioning that Bluetooth support would be added to the Xbox One at some point in the near future, so Turtle Beach may eventually make a wireless adaptor for the Xbox One controller that'll let you use your XP400's bluetooth for chat.

Yeah I get sound through them, I'm hoping that the adapter would solve the chat problem as I don't like talking through my headset.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to use the Kinect for chat either, the quality probably isn't very good and you can't monitor your own voice over your headset. Does the XP400 have a 2.5mm jack on it anywhere? If it does you can use the headset adaptor for chat. If not, I guess you'll have to wait for Microsoft to add bluetooth support to the Xbox One.

Ok so I just checked my headset and it does have a 2.5 mm jack on it. Guess I got lucky lol.

I need to tell you all that I really enjoy this thread. I used to come to VGC for news on gaming and anything Xbox I was a member of Teamxbox when I joined this site but they closed the forums. VGC Xbox forums had been a mess for over a year now filled with people I won't name always trying to downplay/trolling/derailing anything Xbox to a point it kinda felt sad. I was thinking of leaving the site completely but this thread came and is somewhat able to keep the negativity outside. It's really great to be able to get news and I appreciate all of your efforts. Thanks.

I think the schedule is shaping up nicely, the only issue currently is the 55 day gap in July and August, hopefully some of the TBA Q3 or TBA 2014 games will end up filling that gap. 

 

Stellar line-up. Same could be said for PS4. Just proves 3rd party is just as important as 1st party. Maybe for Sony and MS more important.
