And that tactic is no different than games being exclusive on consoles. Companies have to give people reasons to upgrade.

I decided not to wait for the Titanfall bundle (don't want a digital copy) and picked up my XB1 on the way home today. So glad i did. Seems like I'll need to pick up an IR extension cable to make the TV controls work properly but everything else has been great. Spent 4 and a half hours on PvZ: GW. That game is even better than I hoped. Going to download Killer Instinct tonight to help hold me over until Titanfall (10 more days, 10 more days.....).

lol Thanks! I'll definitely be around. I already love this system and I haven't even owned it for 24 hours yet. Can't wait until Microsoft start solidifying the lineup for the rest of 2014 and what they have in store for later.

Yes, it is a very exciting time to be an xbox owner xD With TitanFall, Halo, Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, Destiny, countless other games, more unnanounced both new ip's and existing franchises we will have a lot more too look forward too.

Plus i really like kinect for XBO, surprised the hell out of me lol

Titanfall, Halo, and Destiny are kinda my surefire games. I know I'll enjoy Halo and everything I've seen of the other two make them day one buys for me. Quantum Break looks really interesting for the little bit of gameplay they showed at VGX.

Sunset Overdrive is probably the one I'm most excited to see more of though. There's just been so little information about it beyond that E3 trailer. It feels like they went into complete information lockdown after E3 (even more so than RaD did with The Order). I'm dying to see how it controls, what crazy weapons Insomniac has created, online features, etc etc.

I wonder why MS doesn't try the free Xbox one with XBL plan this time.... like get an Xbox one free with a 2 year XBL plan at 25 bucks a months....
or get an Xbox one for a 100 and with a 2 year XBL plan at 20 bucks a months...

I'm sure it would push some hardware... push a lot of DD content and even captivate a bigger crowd on XBL long term....

or maybe retailers are the one against it again..... man if only the 180 never took place..... any downside about MS plan was vastly compensated by the potential death of that scum that are retailers in the VG industry..... I'd would have taken any DRM and online check-in for them to get their mouth shut for once.... especially since I'm full DD this gen.... and apparently a shit load of people are....
