I definitely do not have it! Trust me, I have the ones either side but the middle is locked.

Microsoft have for a long time now been knowen for releasing a new version of DX on a new OS just to get numbers of that OS shifted, no one needed to upgrade to windows 8 yet the only way to use DX 11.2 is to have windows 8 much like the only way to use DX10 was to have windows vista onwards and DX11 was to have windows 7 onwards, to use AMD's Mantle you can still use windows XP (the OS microsoft cant kill) as long as you have a GPU with GCN architecture so pretty much any 7000 series or R7/9 series GPU including the new kaveri APU's so you get all the modern graphics on a 10+ year old OS with no performance loss.

im just glad they dont try this tactic with consoles.
