So they just killed the entire xbox community on this site because the mods couldn't stand someone who cares more about this site than most mods and the founder starting his own thing because here the only thing they still do is fuck up? Lol fantastic job mods, fantastic job. This place is a ghost from it's formerself I'd say everybody in this thread should go to Jay's site when it's up. I'll be there, posting the inside info I get it's not worth it to post it here if they treat their loyal members like this imo. All this shit wouldn't have happened if the mods did their jobs from the start. There is only 1 side to blame and that's the mods.

Jay just continually broke our Terms of Use with advertising, resoruce gathering, and recruiting both publicly (forums) and privately (PMs). As you said on his wall, he kind of got ioi'd.

If you want to make this out as a Mods versus Xbox Guys, then that's your call. It's just really... really off base and doesn't hold any water whatsoever. The mod report is clear in what this situation entails. This was about one user who was using VGChartz as a resource and recruiting ground for his own project. We talked about this and came to the conclusion that it was best for him to go. We wish him luck with his site, but he cannot push it forward at the cost of VGChartz.

The difference is he didn't, nowhere did he link his site on this forum and said hey guys this is my new site come here. I hope you realise you just lost almost your whole xbox fanbase by this stupid move? If jays site went up there wouldn't be an exodus, people would post here AND on Jay's site because people like Xbox Empire. By banning Jay with such an nonsense argument you kicked the core of the xbox community on this site, you offended that core. You'll have the most prominent users leaving and going to Jay's site because they like him. Most users in this thread aren't here because of vgc but because of the regular users here bringing something extra to xbox discussion you don't find elsewhere. If those users leave  you'll have almost every xbox fan following them because this is the only place Xbox fans like on this place because you mods can't do your jobs the right way. Both sites could have existed together but now you'll have nothing, I can't even think about how you thought this was a good idea and even more on such dubious terms. Incredible
