I never had problems like yours, even on the X360 version.

the xbox 360 version is nowhere near as broken. I had a bat and my abilities were maxed out. The game just bugged out on me and didn't register any of my swings on the zombies.

I just beat the game yesterday. There were small issues but what you're describing not for me. I was swinging a tool and hitting the Zeds but nothing was showing in my hand. Car was being hit with nothing around twice. Nothing major

X360's version was understably awful performance wise. I've put more than 20hr in YOSE. I haven't found 1/3 of the issues I found in 2013.

Play breakdown and get to breakdown level 4. On normal State of Decay, it wasn't so bad. I enjoyed the hell out of it. I think I put in a little over 50 hrs and made sure I scavenged everything.

I really didn't start seeing these problems until I started playing breakdown.

Edit: what is the most people you have been able to gather in your community? I was able to gather 35, probably could've got a few more.
