Ya definitely terrible use of a marketing deal

But the X1 collectors edition gets some extra goodies at least so I'm happy about that =P

Well, the review embargo drops a week before the game releases at least, so we should finally get some Xbox One footage then. That's Tuesday I guess, so just 4 days from now.

Wouldn't surprise me if reviewers will all get the PS4 version for their reviews lol^^  I mean, CD Project gives away a PS4 but not an XBO in their own contest, they show PS4 but not XBO material and next they will give everyone the PS4 version to try out^^

MS has a really weird contract with CD Project, they pay them money and all CD Project is doing is promoting the version of MS's competitor as much as they can...

I also find that a little bit disrespectful from CDP to do that, they take money and are like "fuck you MS we don't care". I at least wouldn't take money for exclusive marketing and would give away the console of the competitor in a contest.

Shika I think you are missing something. I don't think MSFT ever paid for exclusive advertising, CDPR said that last year at E3, that MSFT pretty much just offered to help out with getting the game some exposure on consoles, hence why it was shown at the MSFT conference. There wasn't ever an exclusive marketing deal, just a good relationship between CDPR and MSFT. Of course I can't say this with absolute certainty, just what I read or heard in an interview.

Damn, can't wait to play Killer Instinct. Was a huge fan of the original SNES game. I've already purchased the Season One Combo Breaker Pack together with a friend of mine, but I can only get my hands on a XOne sometime in July/August... *sigh*

(Just 2-3 months Jago, plz, hang in there ;-;)

You're right, that was originally why it was shown at Microsoft's E3 conference. However, later on MS got the marketing rights, which is why there is exclusive content in the Xbox One collector's edition, as well as a Witcher 3 bundle in Europe.

Got you, well in that case MSFT needs to man the heck up and show the XB1 version or at least have them show the PC version only, until the XB1 version is ready.
